ilmCon is a specialist in the development of tools (JIRA) for agile project management, which are successfully used by well-known automobile manufacturers and in the aerospace industry. Project management and consulting, such as the conversion of line-led to self-organized agile companies are also part of the product portfolio. The parent company OPM (Otte Projektmanagement) offers demand-oriented support for the optimization of construction processes from planning and implementation to commissioning. Based on this long experience of successful project management for large companies, the development of needs-oriented, innovative tools of the currently six-man IlmCon team has grown.
